After living and working in Brookline for several years, Matt
founded Vanguard Realty in 2002. His goal was to create a
state-of-the-art, independent real estate services firm with the
flexibility and creativity to provide outstanding

offers the infrastructure and marketing know-how of a large
corporation with the adaptability of an independent business.
From real-time web access to the property database, to our newly
renovated offices, our mission is to use the best technology and
practices in the industry.
 Late
in 2007, Vanguard Realty opened its second location in a renovated
brownstone at 54 Harvard Street in Brookline Village. The new
location offers retail visibility with the charm of a boutique style
office and features a conference room with flat panel monitor and
our trademark exposed brick interior.
Today, Matt heads up a team of dedicated real estate
professionals who are commited to providing superlative service to
our customers and clients.
